Privacy Policy

Who we are

CxCommand is a product of SDO Enterprises LLC ("CxCommand," "we," "us"). We provide AI-assisted schedule intelligence to commissioning managers, project executives, and project controls leads on mission-critical construction projects.

The short version

• Your schedule data is processed under NDA.
• We do not store schedule data beyond the engagement.
• We do not use your schedule data to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
• We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service.

What we collect

When you engage CxCommand, we receive the project schedule files you send us (typically Primavera P6 exports in .xer or .xml format) and the email correspondence associated with your engagement. We also receive basic contact information you provide (name, company, email).

How we use it

Schedule files and related correspondence are used solely to produce the written analysis and follow-up answers you engaged us for. We process data on encrypted infrastructure for the duration of the engagement.

Retention

Schedule data is deleted at the end of the engagement. Contact information and correspondence are retained only as required for ordinary business records.

Model training

Your schedule data is never used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any machine learning model operated by CxCommand or any third-party provider. Where we rely on third-party AI providers for inference, we use configurations that opt out of provider-side training on our inputs and outputs.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the service. A current list is available on request. All subprocessors operate under terms consistent with this policy.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any information we hold about you or your engagement at any time by emailing dustin@plancheck.ai.
